A standard AEG setup has around 7.8 mm of travel; connecting an existing HPA engine to a VSR chamber does not automatically provide the same nozzle movement or matched system geometry.

A matched system

The QD connection aligns the engine and hop-up chamber, keeping the nozzle aligned with the chamber.

Freefloat mounting clearance reduces the influence of gearbox and receiver misalignment on the matched assembly.

Lightweight, low-friction POM nozzle with extended travel and a factory-matched length, removing the need to select a nozzle length for the chamber.

CNC-machined aluminium EON VSR chamber, TDC adjustment with vertical, centred nub pressure and a POM anti-rotation barrel clip.

Single-valve open-bolt design.

Black housing, green QD collar and hop-up adjustment wheel, with white HUSAR marking.

First-shot response and rate of fire

The single-solenoid open-bolt cycle fires a BB on the first shot, without an empty starting cycle. Up to 50 BBs per second requires suitable electronics settings, HPA supply and magazine feeding performance.

Checked before dispatch

Every engine undergoes an individual accuracy test at the GATE shooting range at 40 metres.
